Merry Christmas and Happy Voyage!

How’s your MDM-AM experience? Well, it’s not like you can answer me here. I hope you were able to learn a lot of things from the team. Not necessarily specific to SAP. What’s important is that you learned how to deal with customers, how processes go (we can actually apply MDM processes to other stuff), and most importantly – how to have fun.

I apologize for not taking much time for you guys. We were supposed to have monthly 1:1s, where we will not just talk about work-related stuff, but also non-work and career-related topics. But being an unorganized person, I wasn’t able to schedule 1:1s properly. So we just had one 1:1 during your whole stay (6 months)… I hope I didn’t make you feel left out or neglected. I hope you really felt part of the team. And I hope you enjoy yourself in your next team. You have some MDM-AM peeps with you in your next team. So at least you don’t start out knowing no one.

Oh, I also recall you mentioning that you don’t like to be called ‘Zari’. But it’s such a cool name that I didn’t want to waste it. I hope you didn’t mind so much. If you did, then I’m sorry.
